Just updated to 6.12.4 and the settings for my quad nic are gone, I can no longer see the other eth1-3 interfaces Tried downgrading to 6.12.3 with the same issue Please help Quote Link to comment
JorgeB Posted September 6, 2023 Share Posted September 6, 2023 Delete/rename /boot/config/network.cfg and network-rules.cfg and reboot, network settings will go back to default DHCP, if it still doesn't work post the diagnostics. Quote Link to comment

Before doing that, I only see a network-rules.cfg.old and don't see another. The file seems to have the valid network settings. I copied it to network-rules.cfg and will try a reboot Quote Link to comment

Solution joelones Posted September 6, 2023 Author Solution Share Posted September 6, 2023 Seems like a power cycle brought back the nic's activities LEDs, not sure what happened. could be I'm on an old (currently overloaded) UPS so maybe power issues, i hope not hardware. Quote Link to comment
