Thorsten Posted December 14, 2023 Share Posted December 14, 2023 Hallo ich würde gerne eine VM die eine SSD (passthrough) eingebundenen hat als vdisk.img convertieren. Geht das ? Was muss mann beachten? alturismo Posted December 14, 2023 Share Posted December 14, 2023 4 hours ago, Thorsten said: diese würde ich gerne auf vdisk.img umstellen. was du mal testen könntest ... qemu-img convert -p /dev/sdX /mnt/cache/domains/vdisk1.img während /dev/sdX das X für deine Platte steht und der output .../vdisk1.img auch den Platz haben sollte ... und am Besten auch nicht die langsamste Platte ist sollte dies klappen, neue VM anlegen mit den gleichen Parametern, nur ber der Disk dann fix auf das Image verweisen ... So würde ich das mal testen ... hab jetzt aber keinerlei passed through ssd's für VM's um dies mal zu testen da es hier mit vdisks wunderbar läuft und ich keinerlei Bedarf für ne passed through nvme hatte Quote Link to comment
