Unraid 6.12.6 Disks and Hardware Utilization not shown

Hi Unraid community!

 

Currently I am facing a rather strange issue that I was not able to resolve on my own and can't find anything helpful about.

After the last Update to 6.12.6, all my devices are shown anymore and neither are any hardware utilization metrics (see screenshots below).

 

I didn't find anything out of the ordinary in the logs (no errors and no related warns).

Everything else works as expected.

Rebooting and restoring the boot stick did not fix the issue.

 

Does anyone have an idea what might be going on?

Try rebooting in safe mode, if the same post the diagnostics.

Yes I did - I also tried incognito mode and different browsers on multiple devices.

Unbelievable that I didn't think of that... It did the trick... thank you!

And if you now reboot in normal mode do you see the issue again? If yes it would point to a plugin, if not it may be an intermittent issue.

Wow! As it turns out the issue lies elsewhere. I just realized it after booting back into normal mode.

 

The UI works as expected when I open the WebGUI directly.

What does NOT work, however, is accessing the WebGUI through my reverse proxy.

The network logs show that the Websocket used to fetch those metrics finishes repeatedly. Fiddling with the configurations of the reverse proxy proved successful since I found an option to enable websocket support.
