March 20, 20242 yr Hi, I'm trying to test the Unraid with a 30 Day free trial licence. When I press confirm it gives me this error message. Any advice on how to proceed?

March 20, 20242 yr Author It also gets DNS from the local Broadband Router from my ISP. But for some reason I caont acess it on tower.local, only directly via IP. Looking in my Router settings it has portforwarding on 52268 for tcp and udp, and on 29503 for tcp.

March 21, 20242 yr You are not alone. Exact same problem. I submitted a ticket when I got the error, but I haven't received any response. No email to indicate I submitted a ticket. Not sure where to go to see a status of my ticket.

I have not received any confirmation via email that a ticket has been submitted though and I don't know where to see the status of my ticket.

March 21, 20242 yr Same problem for me as well. I noticed the web browser is getting a 403 when attempting to call back to the Unraid servers to get the key. Maybe a misconfiguration there somehow? I'll create a support ticket.

March 21, 20242 yr I received a reply from support and the problems has been resolved. I was able to get the trial license.
