I assure you that even though you were able to complete your purchase with a workaround we will continue to work on this until it is resolved.

We take this kind of feedback very seriously and I do appologize that we have not been able to provide a quick solution for changing your purchasing method for Unraid. This case has been escalated to me and I will ensure that you are provided with timely responses until we get this resolved.

Are there scenarios where you would choose rsync for backing up files over ZFS replication?

How does ZFS replication work, and how do you restore from a replicated snapshot?

Can you describe the scenarios where you would use ZFS special vdevs IE: L2ARC, SLOG, SpecialVdev (Meta Data Vdev) and are there any downsides to using them?

Do you have a top 5 list of best practices when setting up a ZFS based NAS?

Hi There, I'm sorry you've had a frustrating time with the Unraid license purchase. It looks like the holiday weekend has inundated our payment processor and that is why your order was stuck in limbo. I have responded in your support ticket and I believe your issue is now resolved.

Hi All, I am sorry that you are still experiencing issues with Unraid Connect. We're currently in the process of rolling out new Connect improvements that will solve many underlying issues with the system. We are hoping to ship the vast majority of these features in the next couple of weeks, and once they ship we'll update you to make sure that you know. Hi Hoopster, I have to agree we have super stars on the Unraid forum! As for the uniform, maybe we'll have an unraid branded version someday. 🙂
