is there an easy guide for setting it up - i have it installed but that's about it - i have no idea how to set the server up.

At the first installation you'll get an admin token. Copy it and use a teamspeak client to simply connect to your servers local ip. Once you are on the server you can use options > enter admin toke. To redeem your Server Admin status. Now you can edit channels and stuff
