Your flash device is corrupted or offline - after upgrade to 6.12.10

After upgrading one of my Unraid servers from 6.12.6 to 6.12.10 I see the message "your flash device is corrupted or offline" and to post the diagnostic file.  See attached.  Help much appreciated here.

Flash drive is dropping offline, see if it only happens after array or VM start.

I have rebooted but now cannot access the server by ping, ssh or via the webgui.  It is remote from me so arranging a power cycle to see if that changes anything.
