I stopped the array, so VM is stopped. I unselected the "binding", but it doesn't "stick". Whenever i re-enter the setting, it is still ticked. Any idea?

    There is no "apply" button? Just a "done". Let me try to reboot though.

    You should have "Bind selected to VFIO at boot". If not, screenshot what you're looking at.
