As the titles states, I am looking to purchase a lifetime membership to unraid, but wanted to see if a Veteran or Student discount is something Unraid offers? A quick search stated that deals do occur around blackfriday but I wanted to see if there was something that could be offered during off season deals. Regardless if I don't get a discount I will be buying Unraid, but just wanted to ask if verified through proper channels I'd be able to receive a discount. I ended up backing HexOS from linus and it's not turning out to be what everyone has been excited about even after a year of updates and I've waited long enough to upgrade from a Synology to a larger 36 bay system and need an OS to run this. I'm tech savy but I feel TrueNas may be a bit over my head and unraid offers the perfect middle around of ease of use and technical improvements over a system like synology.

They don't offer ANY discounts on lifetime. Never have as far as I can tell. Lime Tech doesn't even offer a Military discount for the lesser licenses.

While we don’t discount lifetime, we do offer discounts to other licenses for military, first responders and educators.

No surprise as Lime Tech is a company based out of Commifornia. Their taxes are probably more than their profit.

California is a huge military state and we are based out of a military town. I’m a veteran myself so we definitely do offer discounts and are appreciative our own mil/veteran users!

Are the Military discounts something new? I asked when I bought 2 Unleashed licenses and was ignored both times.

I’m going to purchase a license this week. Should have the fan modules 3D printed for the super micro and I’ll need Unraid. Who can I reach out to about a lifetime membership? I can verify through ID .Me if needed.
