Looks good (considering). You might notice occasional decreased performance when writing a large amount of data to the array since your new parity is SMR. But shouldn't cause any other problem.

If by "salvage" you mean reuse, old disk2 probably shouldn't be reused.

Wouldn't hurt to do extended self-tests on all your drives.
