Maybe you should take the time to set certain network setup settings.

You can use the 192.168.0. 4 SuperMicro ip and set a manual ip for the server.

then go to the 192.168.0.7 ip address and enter the network settings into Unraid.

    It might help to isolate whether this has to do with the AFB access via the Mac, or some other network issue.    Do you have a Windows PC you can try to access it from?  (perhaps a borrowed laptop)
