unRAID does not allow all internet traffic, only some

If I try to do something that requires internet access in unRAID (check for an update to Docker plugin, for example), it fails to find anything.  If I try to ping google.com from putty, it fails.

If I put the location of the Docker plugin into the install box, unRAID does find the location on the internet and will work fine.

How/why would it work sometimes, for some things, but not always for all things?

Check your DNS settings.

DING DING DING - we have a winner!!!

I actually thought of that last night, and sure enough, they were pointing to the old modem/router address.  I'm not sure why it worked sometimes, and not at other times, but once I was able to get them changed (settings wouldn't stick for some reason), that seems to have resolved this issue.

Thanks!!

PS  I don't suppose Tom has reached out to you to implement your great plugin into version 6.  It seems the docker plugin is being merged into 'built-in' status, which is great, but your plugin(s) certainly was/were one of the best I used, and found it to be super helpful.
