September 1, 201510 yr I saw this (Pi-hole) today in my news feed and it sounds like something that could be useful, but I was wondering if it would be possible to do this in a Docker container instead of on an actual Pi device. September 1, 201510 yr It's an interesting idea. I've mentioned it in the linex-server.io irc room. Guess it will depend if it can be implemented on a ubuntu base image. But looks like it could to my untrained eye.

December 30, 201510 yr I have just published unRaid-hole in my docker repository..... This doesn't use the same lists as Pi-Hole but it works the same way - just point your DNS addresses to your unRaid tower and it will forward the valid requests vias Googles DNS servers and drop the rubbish ones....
