I am unable to connect to them, unless i have first logged in with vnc, then logged onto windows. After this rdc will work. If i dont do this and just try to login through rdc i get error saying remote host not available. This is very annoying and i have no idea why? Link to comment

Make sure the power settings in the VM are set to never spin down disks or shut down the monitor. Link to comment
