joshpond
I've had a search and read and play around and can't find the answer so: I've just upgraded from 5 with no cache to 6 with an SSD cache and want to use a cache drive purely to transfer files a bit quicker. (no dockers etc) The only thing is I can't seem to find a setting anywhere to add the cache option to the existing shares and also the option to set the mover. I feel like I'm missing something simple here. Thanks josh Quote Link to comment
Leifgg
Go to Shares, click on the share name in the list of User Shares and set Use cache disk: Yes and Apply. The go to Settings and Scheduler and Mover Settings and check/change the settings. Quote Link to comment
joshpond
The thing is I don't seem to have an option for Use Cache Disk. I'll get some screen shots when I'm back in the computer. Josh Quote Link to comment

Josh To get those, under global share settings, say use cache (you'll have to stop the array to make changes) Quote Link to comment
