landS Posted January 10, 2016 Share Posted January 10, 2016 moving from RFS to XFS Ran rsync -avPX /mnt/disk1/ /mnt/disk4/ Now anything that is on disk 4 does not have permission in the SMB Share. Anything on disks 2 or 3 still is accessible as normal ... and I have already formatted disk 1 as XFS and begun an rsync from Disk 2 to Disk 1 as I confirmed all the files where good. How to I regain permissions to the SMB share folders/files on disk 4! Link to comment
