Since you've already swapped out the switch then it's time to look at network cables and the LAN adapters in your machines. Editorial comment - Switch 2 should be hooked directly to your router if possible rather than daisy chained off switch 1.

Thanks, I have already ordered a couple of decent switches and some new cables so I will take your advice on the wiring too. Is there any software that can help me test the lan adapters? Thanks. Adam
October 29, 20169 yr Community Expert Look at this post of my issues and how I solved it: https://lime-technology.com/forum/index.php?topic=53134.0 I am not completely sure it is the same problem as I am use Windows 7.
