Yes, I know.  I have several of the Silverstone SFX units -- 300w, 450w, and 600w -- and they all came with the centering bracket.  In fact, after I noticed that the bracket you referenced above was a Silverstone, I looked at the photos on Newegg's site to see if they were now shipping those with their PSU's, but they all still show the centering brackets.

 

Not that big a deal, but I'd definitely prefer the off-center bracket.
