Iv'e rebooted everything. PC says gigabit as does unRAID (eth0 1000 Mb/s, full duplex, mtu 1500). Was fine yesterday :/

 

EDIT: NM getting only 92 mbps in online speed tests.. Unsure why

11MB almost always means it's reverting to 100Mb.  If both ends are reporting Gb speed, then it's likely a cable.

 

Be sure both ends of the Ethernet cable are plugged in securely (unplug them; then replug them) => and if there are multiple cables in the path, do that for all involved cables [e.g. UnRAID to router; PC to router].  If one of the wire pairs doesn't have good continuity, the speed will automatically fall back to 100Mb ... which is likely what's happening.

It describes the issues that I had and my solution.  I suspect that only a very few people are seeing it but if you have it, it is frustrating.
