This thread is nearly 6 years old. Are you really still on 4.5? Suggestion: Upgrade. Nobody can support 4.5 because nobody still has it and most have never seen it.
November 21, 201510 yr You should definitely upgrade but write errors to the flash drive usually mean you need to remove it and check it for file system errors.
