This is the worst one.

Recently updated to 6.2.4 and also expanded my array by adding a 6TB hdd (replacing my parity and adding the 5TB to array). 10 days laters, I start getting these latest "Warning CPU ID1..." errors. Going thru, I also found a couple other warnings which I have pasted at the top to maintain timeline consistency.

I can restart, but I wanted to save all the information and see if I should run any kind of tools before I restart. Thank you!

I have the following plugins installed:

vfs_recycle.plg ...

useful_links.plg ...

Well, reboot didn't fix the problem. Its happening again, up to a few times per day, all the time.... Can anyone point me in right direction?

Have a look at this thread for the thread pool related call trace: https://lime-technology.com/forum/index.php?topic=56194.0 and try the newer kernel in unRAID 6.3.1 and also check for an newer BIOS.

Your SATA link resetting error is probably cable related, so reseat or replace the SATA cable.
