Cheers for that its in an Dell - R720XD drive bay, it was in drive bay 10 and it's now in drive bay 12 and it's the Same issue 

What else can i do

There was recently another user with an MX500 that kept dropping out on an LSI, user solved the issue by connecting it to one of the onboard SATA ports.

The manual is for the R720 and R720XD, the systems are similar but different. There are notations for differences. There is a notation on page 22 of the manual that states SATA settings are not available on the R720XD.

If you have no SATA ports recommend either getting a 2 port controller like an Asmedia or tring a different model SSD.
