karlpox
Hi, I cant seem to start any app/dock containers all of a sudden. How do I fix this? This is a sample log after trying to start the Legacyrutorrent container. This is what I get after receiving the execution error. e":"open /var/lib/docker/containers/2551774bb55e624da3dbabefb47d3a473ed62ce873efec149d9ce737debe3f56/2551774bb55e624da3dbabefb47d3a473ed62ce873efec149d9ce737debe3f56-json.log: read-only file system"} e":"open /var/lib/docker/containers/2551774bb55e624da3dbabefb47d3a473ed62ce873efec149d9ce737debe3f56/2551774bb55e624da3dbabefb47d3a473ed62ce873efec149d9ce737debe3f56-json.log: read-only file system"} e":"open /var/lib/docker/containers/2551774bb55e624da3dbabefb47d3a473ed62ce873efec149d9ce737debe3f56/2551774bb55e624da3dbabefb47d3a473ed62ce873efec149d9ce737debe3f56-json.log: read-only file system"} sobnology-diagnostics-20170608-1338.zip Link to comment
JorgeB
You have multiple problems: 1) both new disks 6 and 7 dropped offline during the clearing process 2) cache1 and cache4 are showing write and read errors, check cables and run and extended SMART test on both Jun 7 11:56:22 sobnology kernel: BTRFS info (device sdl1): bdev /dev/sdk1 errs: wr 6767942, rd 1501212, flush 1193880, corrupt 0, gen 0 Jun 7 11:56:22 sobnology kernel: BTRFS info (device sdl1): bdev /dev/sdc1 errs: wr 0, rd 268, flush 0, corrupt 0, gen 0 do you need so many cache disks? If yes fine, if not remove the ones you don't need, specially since they are older disks more prone to issues. 3) docker image is corrupt, most likely related to problem 2, you need to delete and re-create iamge after fixing the cache problems. karlpox
1) Disk 6 and 7 was not properly added to the pool. Still waiting for the hardware to arrive to re add them. 2) Just some old 1TB drives that I just added to the pool. Ill remove them now. Link to comment
trurl
I always suggest not running with more drives than you need. More drives means more opportunities for problems. Old small drives aren't worth wasting a port on anyway. And you should be looking at using SSDs for cache. Link to comment
