2 disks just got 1 error each

Disks 8 and 10 both got a single error.  I got an alert on my phone about it.  Trying to run short or long SMART tests from the disk pages results in nothing.  Haven't rebooted yet.  Attached diagnostics.  Any ideas?

Nevermind.  I shutdown, then figured out which slots those 2 disks were in.  Removed and reseated them, but switch disk 8 with another disk to see if the problem traveled or not.  The problem didn't come back.

Problem was SASLP related, driver crashed and caused the errors, it's a typical error and it will most likely happen again in the future.

Interesting.  I've never had this issue in 3+ years of this build.  How can I mitigate?

Any change in hardware or software (like a kernel upgrade) can bring on these issues, things that sometimes help:

-disable vt-d if no needed

-try the controller in a different slot

-look for a board bios update

A lot of users have these and other issues with both the SASLP and the SAS2LP, many also never had problems before, so if the issue repeats best bet is to get an LSI controller, e.g., 9201-8i, 9211-8i, etc.
