oconnellc
I have a disk (and the parity) that won't spin down. I try to spin it down and it starts back up. It just occurred to me that I have a Plex Docker on my system and the disk that won't spin down is the disk where I have the config data/etc. for Plex. Is Plex keeping this disk running? Frank1940
A word of caution to anyone who is not running any Dockers yet. Many active Dockers will keep the disk where you store the Docker container and/or data/configuration files spun up. (Krusader is one that I am aware of.) I would advise that anyone who has not yet installed an cache drive, consider using an SSD rather than a HD. It will future proof you server at additional minimum cost. Link to comment
