No probs.  I've pulled together pfsense stuff I've found useful here

You definitely should go over the nguvu.org Guides - if you follow it, it'll give you a rock solid foundation to build on

nguvu has some seriously good examples.

Hot Dang!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! This got both servers working.

You guys are all amazing. I know this was not a pfSense forum so i am sorry for the stupid question. There was only so much i was willing to try by reading and breaking it. Thank you guys so much!!!!

Greetings, folks!

It's four years later, and I'm running into this same problem between pfSense+/pfBlockerNG/Unraid.  Screens,  options, and settings have changed a bit, but I was wondering if anyone might be able to provide an updated solution for this?  I tried replication the firewall rule, but the referenced blog post doesn't exist anymore, so I'm a bit lost.

Thank you!

I'm facing a very similar problem, but adding the rule you mentioned above (IPv4 ICMP Pass from "LAN subnets" where the server resides to anywhere) sadly doesn't fix it.. I'm able to ping Github from my terminal and force updating also works but for some reason most of the containers show "not available" for their update status. Any other Idea?
