Slow read and write speeds from /mnt/user, but /mnt/cache and /mnt/disk(1, 2, etc) are fine

I'm seeing significant differences in speeds

Some differences are always normal due to shfs overhead, but dd isn't a good way to test this, it will result in inaccurate results, do a regular SMB transfer instead.
