OriginalFlavor
First time login for a new unraid system. I cannot login from another computer on the network through a browser using http://Tower or http://192.168.9.44? I can logon to the system directly using the GUI. My Windows 10 ipconfig: IPv4 192.168.9.38 Subnet Mask 255.255.252.0 <--What subnet is unraid using? Tower 192.168.9.44/22 I entered static ip in /boot/config/network.cfg USE_DHCP=no IPADDR=192.168.9.44 NETMASK=255.255.252.0 GATEWAY=192.168.8.1 Link to comment
John_M
I may have misunderstood your question but if your server's address is 192.168.9.4 then why do you expect to be able to reach it at http://192.168.8.1 ? Isn't that the address of your router, since that's what you specified as the gateway in your unRAID server's configuration? I suspect that you're getting confused by using a netmask that isn't byte aligned. This calculator might help. Valid addresses for your network range from 192.168.8.1 to 192.168.11.254. My original post had a typo in the first line. The server's address is 192.168.9.44, and not 192.168.8.1. Link to comment

John_M
So, is your problem fixed now? If not, can you ping your server? Post your diagnostics zip. That's Tools -> Diagnostics if you can use the GUI or diagnostics at the command prompt. In the latter case look in the logs folder on your boot flash for the zip file. Link to comment
