I believe Apple filesystem doesn't always work well with UD, better to use a different one unless you really need that fs.

1st partition doesn't mount, partitions 2,3,4 do, but then after that the rest of syslog is that error from the 3rd partition.
 
Do you have any dockers using any of those mounts?
 


No, no docker/vm is using it. I’ve tried to disable docker and cam completely, but the roots still filling up

If you try running without docker enabled, and with no Unassigned Devices, does it still happen?

Yes, I added that unassigned device just to backup something, it happen even without that device.

VM and Docker are disabled in the settings(no docker and vm tab)

No, that issue does not present in safe mode
