I suspect your problem is due to your server not being able to reach the internet.

 

Go to Tools - Diagnostics and attach the complete diagnostics zip file to your next post.

What do you get from the command line with this?

Hello, I'm in China. I don't need to try this command to know that my server can't connect to google. But it can connect to the internet.

Are you behind the Great Firewall or something?

 

Your google ping means your server can't reach parts of the internet. And so you probably won't be able to install any apps (plugins or dockers), or install Unraid updates.
