trurl
You originally posted this as a bug report, but it was not appropriate there so I have moved it. The Apps page is a plugin, and it has a support page here: https://forums.unraid.net/topic/38582-plug-in-community-applications/ I suspect your problem is due to your server not being able to reach the internet. Go to Tools - Diagnostics and attach the complete diagnostics zip file to your next post. Quote Link to comment
shanren
I'm sorry, I put it in the wrong place. I had two identical problems and the docker page couldn't be opened. Quote Link to comment
shanren
Sorry, I didn't see the way you offered me. Quote Link to comment

trurl
Are you sure your server can reach the internet? What do you get from the command line with this? ping -c 3 google.com Quote Link to comment
shanren
Hello, I'm in China. I don't need to try this command to know that my server can't connect to google. But it can connect to the internet. Quote Link to comment

trurl
Are you behind the Great Firewall or something? Your google ping means your server can't reach parts of the internet. And so you probably won't be able to install any apps (plugins or dockers), or install Unraid updates. Quote Link to comment
