Alan747
So far unraid works great for about a month no issues. today i decided to reboot and now unraid claims that the disk is missing. I can see the disk without any issues. the controller is a HP p440ar in raid mode. i check the controller and everything looks ok. no alarms no issues. It does give me the option to add the disk. see image. any idea how to fix this issue. Quote Link to comment
trurl
Go to Tools-diagnostics and attach the complete Diagnostics zip file to your next post. Quote Link to comment

JorgeB
The disk identifier changed from: LOGICAL_VOLUME_PDNLH0BRH534W7_3600508b1001c2b861cf1aa1f4872f7f2 to: LOGICAL_VOLUME_PDNLH0BRH534W7 That's not the same disk as far as Unraid is concerned, raid controllers are not recommended, but if you want to use one it needs to keep the same disk names, it might also be because you changed the display world-wide-name (settings -> display settings) Quote Link to comment
