SQLite disabled in 6.8?

Hoping someone else has a lead on this.  Just installed Sonarr, Sabnzb and CouchPotato on a fresh 6.8.1 install.  Before even attempting to enable/start the apps, I'm seeing sqlite3 version listed as "not working"...pic attached...

 

I know there were reports of sqlite corruption issues in older versions (6.7?), but this looks like sqlite3 is completely offline/unavailable as a service.  However, when I enter "sqlite3" in terminal, the app fires right up.  Is this running correctly in the background and just not reporting to the UI properly?  Something else going on that others are familiar with?
