Andiroo2
Hi all, I couldn’t find this answer myself so I thought I’d create a post here to call it out. I had a 2-drive SSD cache (Unraid v6.8.3, 2x 500GB WD Blue in a 500GB Raid1 pool) and I wanted to add a 3rd drive (1TB WD Blue) to increase the capacity of the cache to a 1TB Raid1 pool. It was...simple. I stopped the array, added a 3rd slot in the cache pool, selected the new SSD in the 3rd cache slot, and started the array again. Easy! I now have a 1TB SSD cache consisting of 2x 500GB drives and 1x 1TB drive. Quote Link to comment
JorgeB
Answer for that is in many places, including the wiki and the FAQ on this sub-forum. Quote Link to comment
Andiroo2
I just wasn’t able to find that info via Google or via the Unraid forum search. Not saying it doesn’t exist, but I couldn’t find it so I thought this would help others in my position. Quote Link to comment
