Motherboard/CPU Upgrade
I 100% agree. That will also allow me to return it if it finds anything more serious. Better to be safe than sorry. --Keith

Motherboard/CPU Upgrade
I just noticed that during my party check my new (to me) drive that I just added to replace a failed drive has some read errors. I will wait for the party check to finish to investigate. --Keith

Did not think of some of the things you listed. TY. I will start my parity check since it takes some time.

Motherboard/CPU Upgrade
I am going to upgrade my Unraid with my old pc motherboard and cpu. I will be going from an old AMD Athlon CPU to a Intel i5. I will also be adding an additional 16GB or ram and a 2TB m.2 drive to upgrade my cache drive. Is there anything that I need to know before swapping out to the new hardware? I have read that I need to just makre sure that I keep the cables in the same location for the drives and take some pictures of the existing layout. Also backup my flash just incase. Anything else? TIA, Keith

Drive replacement
You have the 3.3v issue with SAS drives? I can’t adjust the Molex connector as the cable is all in one coming from the hba but I can look at using tape. This a used drive that was purchased off of eBay. I guess I could be bad.

I have a SAS9211-8i card, flash IT mode. MPTBios-7.13.02.00. Trying to install new drive - HGST 6TB HUS726060AL5215 SAS 12.0Gb/s 7200 RPM 3.5" HDD Is there a way for me to verify that the HBA sees the new drive outside of Unraid ?

Drive replacement
Hello, I had a drive failure in my unraid system, so I purchased a new drive taking the time to upgrade from a 4TB to a 6TB drive. I put it in and the drive does not show up in unraid. I have a LSI00194 LSI 6GB/S 8-PORT PCI-E SATA/SAS HOST BUS ADAPTER, that has MPT2BIOS-7.39.02.00. I am wondering if I need to get in the LSI config to initialize the new drive since the drive size changed. I swapped out a drive a year with the same size drive and it came right up and I was able to see the drive in unraid. I have attached my syslog unraidsyslog.txt

[Support] Linuxserver.io - NZBHydra v2
What I did was similar to what danioj did, but I just created a backup under settings, then removed the docker, installed new image and restored the backup from settings in the new app.

Yes, restoring the world not a previous build. Here is the bug report for reference: https://bugs.mojang.com/browse/MCPE-44815

OK, so this is a new world that I created on a new unraid build. My first time with unraid. Let me download that backup/restore app from CA and backup and then restore it. There is some discussion that backing up and restoring the world fixes the issue. I did not know if there was a way to backup/restore from within the minecraft container, built into the app. This issue is an ongoing issue with a bug issued. Just trying to find a workaround until they fix it.

I am gettting stuck on building world when going into and out the nether. I did some digging and they say to backup and restore your world, but not sure how to do that in this env. Has anyone else run into this before and know of a fix?
