thanks for your support, frustrating that a low hardware over 15years old ( Thecus N7700 ) running xpenology is using the full speed of capable network and the unraid server with descent hardware and recent and with a paid licence does not support this .....

So, I tried deactivating the Internal 1Gb Nic and now I'm getting speedtest values about 5Gb/s down and up on Unraid But in docker and VM, I do not get over 1.5Gb/s. Is there a way to tweak this ?

It has been a few days now ..... I have not disabled the NIC in the Bios, may be this is the solution, I will try when coming back from business trip

Hello, Im running my server with integrated 1Gb networking card + pciE 10Gb Mellanox SFP+ Card. I have switched the eth0 and eth1 to have the 10Gb Card as primary for all my bridges. I'm getting some weird behaiviour : First : Iperf - doing an Iperf to my Unifi UDM Pro, I'm getting about 5.5Gb - but doing the Iperf from the UDM Pro to the server, I'm getting only 2 Gbp of speed The network and the switch are not the Issue, I have an old Thecus N7700 NAS running xpenology with the same 10Gb card inside, and I getting an Iperf of 7Gbp in both directions. Second running Speedtest - when running a speedtest CLI on the Unraid server, I'm only getting 1Gbps, it seems that speedtest tries only to use the 1Gb Card. When unplugging the cable, the speedtest does not work. - running the Speedtest on the UDM Pro, I'm Getting 7Gb down and 6 Gb up. - running the speedtest on the xpenology, Im getting 5Gb down and 4.5Gp up All the core Unraid server internet functions ( coomunity apps for example) are not working when unplugging the 1Gb Card. So Unraid does not have internet access when unplugging the 1Gb Card. But the VM and Docker that are running over a Bridge/Vlan are geetting about 2Gb of speed there are no Bond Setup and Bridging is activated. The question are the following : - How to switch the connection to the 10Gb Card - How to improve the networking Speed ? The Unraid server is running an Asus Motherboard x570 Pro with an AMD Ryzen 5 3600 Processor and 64G of Ram loki-diagnostics-20241208-0549.zip

I have all my dockers running into a separate vlan and it is impossible for me to setup prowlarr on the custom Br, is there a special config to do ? When specifying br, the docker does not get an IP ( Manual or DHCP )

Im seeing the card and the screen, but as Im connected via RDP, I cannot see the resolution

The VM is functionning without problem with RDP, I can connect, use it, I see the 1050 TI in the system Manager, the drivers are installed, even the acceleration is working Only the display is black ...... this is what is odd, the passthrough seems to work, just no display.

My server is running with 2 GPUs, one Nvidia 1050ti and one AMD 6600XT. Normally Im using the AMD to run my MACos Sonoma VM and my Nvidia for the w11. with an update I cannot figure out which one, because i was not running my w11 VM for a long time, my GPU passthrough stopped working on my w11. I'm able to see the nvidia card in my VM, the drivers are installed, the acceleration is there (checked with sketchup) but the HDMI out is not working When passing through my AMD card to the VM, I get HDMI without problem. I was also testing the nvidia with a w10 VM, same behaivior, dark HDMI with nvidia and all is working with the AMD Server is running 6.12.11

I notice that maps is not working which is the symptom that hardware acceleration is not activated. Of course no external display. All is working well with VNC ( but slow ) I tried to upgrade the lilu.ktxt and the whatevergreen.ktxt to the latest version, but no way to get the GPU working. Am I missing something ?

One addtional info, the connected screen to the 1050ti is seen is w11 as Generic Monitor ( Samsung )

Hello, Im fighting against my unraid server to get GPU passthrough working on w11 So my GPu is passing without any issue to w10, to macos catalina, Im installing w11, passing the GPU, logging with RDP, intalling all the nvidia drivers, but the screen is still dark. I have the GPU and the sound card passed through (0a.00.00 and 0a.00.01), using the same rom as w10 .... Im out of solutions, I do not know where to search anymore Thanks in advance

Question about GPU Passthrough ... after learning that nvidia zere not supported any;ore in monterey, I ordered a Saphire 6600 8gb. I updated the opencore to last version, passthrough the GPU with its bios, everything works fine with vnc remote, I can see my screen. But no display on the external monitor. when the VM is booting, iget the apple logo and the progress bar, but then the screen goes black. I tried copying the whatevergreen and the lilu.ktext from this page https://dortania.github.io/GPU-Buyers-Guide/modern-gpus/amd-gpu.html#native-amd-gpus but result is the same (not sure if Ineed to do more than copying this to the EFI partition) any ideas ?
