hey all, hope everyone is well. so after following this guide to a T, it says connected but nothing loads, even with set to remote tunnelled access, with 8.8.8.8 set I get nothing. also when I connect to the client on my phone, it won't even load the unread dashboard. what have I missed

Yeah that’s the guide I tried to follow. But it quickly shows that the guide doesn’t match with the latest version. It asks to stop it and export a config file, but after install it wasn’t running and it asks for a co gif file to be added first. Just didn’t match so made it hard to follow. Will try again though. can anyone share a good set up guide, everything I have found seems outdated and steps no longer match up

not sure how to do this or check, still learning as I go through my trial period to get everything set up

ok brill, I shall give this a go, although part of me feels that a lot of people will also use the 8.8.8.8 or 1.1.1.1 so wouldn't this result in the same behavior

I am not using and dont plan to use an extern VPN service. I just want a secure way for my unraid to be accessible remotely. just seems odd that I can only do that if I sacrifice all other web related things

I am just looking to be able to access the NAS when I am not home, but also dont want it to stop all my web browsing to have this benefit

Please send help. Wireguard is all set up, using the wireguard client on my mac i can connect to my unraid, and that works fine. but i have no internet at all, just the access to my nas. please help as at a loss now and have tried everything

ok am a little lost. I configured everything following this plan step by step, however even after I have set up my port forwarding, it still says configure port forwarding. also after downloading the file to drop into my client on my Mac, it just won't connect. what have I missed here??

Hi all, please be gentle as still very new to unraid, but getting somewhere, i think within 24hrs of install. I have been trying to set up openvpn server so that i can access my nas away from home, however if i click on the OpenVPN-AS and select WebUI, no matter what browser, caches and history cleared, restarting the browsers, it just wont load the page, anyone able to help, as google has not returned any working solutions.
