Rescue Needed: BTRFS Unmountable No File System
I ended up getting all sorts of errors, I was able to backup my most important stuff off of Unraid due to having 2 parity drives. Might be easier to delete the whole array and start over?

@JorgeB I removed disk 4 as you suggested and ran a new diagnostic right after. I did not touch Disk 6. Here is the new diagnostic. tower-diagnostics-20250526-1814.zip

Rescue Needed: BTRFS Unmountable No File System
I have 2 parity disks in my unraid system, both parity disks are fine. In the array I have 2 disks with a problem, disk 4 yellow triangle says disk contents emulated and disk 6 red x says disk is disabled. Both say BTRFS unmountable no file system. The file system is BTRFS Encrypted. This started after the server lost power due to a building wide power All smart tests showed OK for both drives. outage. tower-diagnostics-20250525-1948.zip If anyone could advise how I can fix this problem I would be very thankful. Is there a procedure I could follow?

Hi Jorge, here is the logs from the diagnostic with errors for disk 7. tower-diagnostics-20221126-0703.zip- Unraid 6.9.2 Pre Upgrade Problem
Jorge, I am rebuilding the array again, so will wait for the errors to show again. There was like 12 million read errors for disk 7., disk 8 is rebuilding now.- Unraid 6.9.2 Pre Upgrade Problem
Just in case this helps I have a IBM 46M0997 ServeRAID 16-Port SAS Expander Expansion Adapter plugged into a IBM H1110 SAS Card (I think 9211-4i FW 9211-8i P20 IT Mode is the equivalent but I am not sure)- Unraid 6.9.2 Pre Upgrade Problem
Hi, I was going to do a Thanksgiving upgrade from 6.9.2 to the latest version of unraid. Before I could start, I had a disk fail, i removed the disk started the array, and then added the disk back so it could rebuild. The smart information looked ok to me but I am not an expert. All of a sudden another disk (Disk 7 has read errors) Disk 8 was the one that failed. Both are shucked 14tb and 12 tb wd drives that are less than a year old. Right now it is trying to rebuild the array but showing read errors on Disk 7 while it is rebuilding disk 8. I have 1 parity drive and that seems to be ok. What can do I do to see what's going on and the drives are less than 36C all the time and in a well ventilated tower case (Define 7 XL). Diagnostics are attached. Thank you, tower-diagnostics-20221125-0003.zip- Encrypting an Existing Array - Problem
Thank you- Networking over USB3 (USB A)
I want to direct connect an unraid machine over USB3 for faster transfers. The two boxes are next to each other but I would prefer to go through USB to USB networking between Unraid and Windows 10. I already have GB network but not 10G. I don't have any slots left for 10G. Is this possible?- Encrypting an Existing Array - Problem
I watched the SpaceInvaderOne video on Encrypting an existing array linked here: I want to encrypt an existing array. I have cleared space on 2 disks in the array using unbalance and have also setup the SSL certificate functions. I am at the step where with the array stopped I need to create a new config, I wanted to preserve the current assignments and according to the video I should be offered a cache option. I only have the following options in Unraid 6.9.2: NONE, Array Slots, Pool Slots. I have a cache pool and I have a SSD for my VMs under pool devices. Do I create a new config and select preserve pool since there is no cache option similar to the video?- Support for Qnap 5Gbe USB adapter
Would love to know when this will be included for testing. - Unraid 6.9.2 Pre Upgrade Problem
