Figured out the problem. in Xteve, under playlist tuner, my tuners were set to 1 there as well. I forgot you had to set the number of tuners here as well. For some reason everything related to my Jellyfin server lost all of its settings. Its been a pain getting everything back up and running. Thanks again for your support.

Im using a IPTV service with exteve. It worked in the past. I have Cloudflare setup. I think this stopped working when my Transcoding stopped working. (an issue you and i worked through as well). The cloudflare service is working fine because i or myself can log into the server from outside my network and watch video files, but we cant load any live tv channels unless i pick the exact one that someone inside my network is watching. I also think it is a configuration issue.

Sorry that i forgot to respond to this, got sick and didnt get on my computer much. A simple restart of the jellyfin server fixed the freezing issue.

Another issue has popped up. I can not watch live tv from outside my network anymore. The only way i can view a channel is if i turn in to the same channel as that someone on my network is watching. It acts like i only have 1 tunner turned on, but i allow 5 in xteve, and unlimited in Jellyfin. This is happening in apps as well as web browsers, so clearing the cache is not really an option for the apps. I even deleted and reinstalled the app. I also had a friend log into my server for the first time today and could not stream live tv. I have my transcoding fixed, but now im getting a new error when watching live tv. Error Retrieving Content. There was an error retrieving the data for the item from the server. If i exit jellyfin and launch it again, i can watch the channel again for random periods of time.

Im still getting some spotty freezing. I hate to compare to plex all the time, but plex isnt have the same issue. I really like Jellyfin over all better lol. Any thoughts on a setting that could free up the spotty freezing?

That got it. You are the man. Do you know if there is a way i can import my user accounts to your container from my old container? After all your great help and support i would like to continue using your docker.

I fixed my issue with my account. I am still having Transcoding issues with your container as well.

Im having an odd problem. When i start the webpage it takes me to a lgoin in screen insteall of asking me to setup an account. I have changed ports, so it shouldnt be directing me to my old jellyfin. That is turned off at the moment as well.

My transcoding is no longer working. I had a cache drive error a few days ago, and since fixing it, when i play a video with transcode on, it is distorted. If i play a video in Plex with transcode on, it works as expected. When i play a video in Jellyfin, with transcode on, Nvidia is not recognizing it. I dont see it in gpu statistics, and i dont see it running in the terminal either. I have done a fresh install of Jellyfin, with the same results. I have done a fresh install of my nvidia driver with the latest version, and same results. Rebooted my server several times. I am on unraid 6.9.2 and my driver version is 510.47.03 Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I ran this and it says No running processes found. For some reason, Jellyfin isnt triggering the video card when transcoding.

I took this there. Spent all day troubleshooting. Rebuilt Jellyfin, reinstalled nvidia driver, rebooted server many times and no luck. The one thing i have noticed is that i dont see Jellyfin in my gpu statistics when transcoding. I can see plex. Is there possibly something on the nvidia side that im missing?

One thing i noticed is that when i play a video in Jellyfin, it doesnt show up as a process in my GPU Stats plugin. Plex does. I have to have a setting wrong.

Im completely lost. New install of Driver and Jellyfin, and still the same results. Is there anything in my server cache folder that could be effecting this?

Updating did not help, and rebuilding a new instance did not help. Only other thing i can think of is the driver, but thats weird because plex works. I guess i will uninstall the driver and reinstall.

I can do a 2nd instance, ive done that in the past. Im not for how to do a force update.

I just renamed my old cache folder so that jellyfin would create a new cache folder, restarted the docker and that didnt work either. Im thinking about just deleting the docker and starting over. Do you know if there is a way i can save my users and passwords?

I have tried all those options including the mobile app. I was thinking the same thing about the cache. Should i delete everything out of the jellyfin cache folder?

I have restarted it a couple times. Restarted the dockers as well. I was wondering if it could be a nvidia issue, but Plex is working fine. I know i can just watch them in plex, but i have issues with plex and live tv lol.

Oops. sorry for the picture location. I changed it to 4096, same problem. You can see my playback info. You can also see some of the distorted video. These videos were playing just fine a couple days ago. My granddaughter watched them every day lol.
