  1. Didn't know if I should just start a new topic or not but I've built a new server and when I load Community Apps I automatically get the Backup Server Active error. I've read this could be due to github issues but the interesting thing is my other server doesn't have issues. I built the server had some issues and did a rebuild keeping the key file only. Not sure if this is where to ask the question but has anyone seen this before?
  2. After a bit of force, you are correct. I really appreciate the response.
  3. Quick question - built a new server with Asus TUF GAMING B760M-PLUS WIFI D4 Micro ATX LGA1700 Motherboard. I’ve got a Corsair rm750x power supply. The motherboard has the “normal” 24 pin connector but this motherboard also has a 4 pin and an 8 pin connector at the top for CPU. I only have the 24 pin cable and 2 - 8 pin cables. Nothing with an 8 pin and 4 pin. The manual says to ensure to connect the 8 pin power plug or connect the 8 pin and 4 pin power plugs. Do I just need the 8 pin? The processor is an i5-13500.
  4. I've had it for a long time but it just runs which is why I like it so much. I haven't had any problems up until now and this was only because I was working inside the server with it running. First time I've ever done it and the last. I was on version 4 for the longest time and upgraded to 6 late in the game. I really appreciate the help.
  5. No VM's on this system. I had one long ago but I deleted it. This is basically just a large file server - movies/documents/etc.....Can I install a new disk, do the rebuild, and then re-add this disk? I have another 2 disks I was going to add to the system and both are brand new.
  6. This one is directly attached to my motherboard so I would say no. I have an MZHOU PCI-E add-on card that has empty slots I could move it to but I don't have enough slots to move all of them off the motherboard.
  7. Hi all, I was working on adding new drives to the chassis and I accidentally disconnected the SATA cable from an existing drive while the system was on. The array seems like it's fine with data but I'm now showing a drive error on one disk. I ran a check and it said everything was fine. I tried to re-insert the disk and start a rebuild. The rebuild quit after just a few minutes and reported an error with the drive. I captured diagnostics and a smart report. I just need to know how to proceed without losing data. Currently the server looks like this If I add the disk back and try the rebuild it continues to fail.
