Solutions

  1. GovernorBlaze's post in Unable to access WebUI - 6.11.5 was marked as the answer   
    Was able to get this one sorted, not sure exactly why but it was a network config error.
    I deleted /config/network.cfg on the flash drive and restarted and I was able to access the GUI again on the server.
     
    I didn't have any VLANs configured that is causing some of the issues on 6.12
