[Plugin] USB_Manager
Is there a tutorial or guide anywhere? I had this setup working for months, and after a machine reboot, I just can't get the USB device working over IP anymore. It was so easy to get working in the past, but now it just will not work.

Repeated out of memory issues
chris-unraid-diagnostics-20240828-1344.zip My server becomes unresponsive or sluggish for at least 4-5 minutes every few days. Today, it was unresponsive for about 90 minutes. I could see that all my CPU cores were at abnormally high levels, and RAM usage was as well. I suspect that my Home Assistant VM is somehow related to this. Is there anything in my diagnostics that gives us any clue? This happens constantly, and I've posted diagnostics a couple of times, but have never gotten very far.

Every 3 days servers freezing
Well, my HA VM has been down since that post. And I haven't had this issue again. So, I'd guess this issue is directly related to the HA VM taking up too many resources.

Every 3 days servers freezing
I also run Plex and Home Assistant VM. I have a similar thread. I just moved, so I am going to shut down HA for a few days and see if this continues.

CPU goes to 100% and servers become unreachable
Thanks for your reply! Sorry for the delayed response. Yes, it was down at these times: April 18 4:06AM-4:10AM April 21 10:03AM-10:07AM April 24 10:53PM-10:57PM

I'm not an unraid support person, I'm just curious - are you running plex? Or Home assistant?

Any ideas? Greatly appreciated! Thanks!

CPU goes to 100% and servers become unreachable
And it always happens for exactly 4 minutes and 24 or 25 seconds. It fixes itself entirely on its own every time, but I'm not sure why. I thought it might be Plex doing a database backup, but as far as I can tell, that doesn't line up with my Plex scheduling, or Plex logs. I'm not sure how long this has been going on, I only became aware of it because I recently started using a down detector, and Plex will become inaccessible at some point for 4 minutes and 25 seconds, usually overnight. But it just occurred outside the Plex scheduled task window, and the whole server machine slowed down, so I'm unsure what it could be. chris-unraid-diagnostics-20240424-2303.zip

I'm also running into this issue. Any ideas?

Out of memory errors, VMs won't start, macvlan errors
Welp, an upgrade and a reboot has mitigated the issue for now! However, I do occasionally run into out of memory errors and my cache drive fills up, so any advice about that is much appreciated!

Out of memory errors, VMs won't start, macvlan errors
Everything was running as normal. I realized a VM stopped working, and now I can't get any VMs to start again. See this thread for an existing report of the same VM issue. I also see out of memory errors and a macvlan error. I also saw that my cache drive filled up. Plex takes up a ton of space, so I cleared up some of that, but VMs still won't start. Any help is much appreciated! Diagnostics attached. unraid-diagnostics-20231229-1626.zip

Also running into this issue. You figure anything out?

Persistent docker performance issues
Hmm, after restarting containers a few times, things seem to be better. Tentatively thinking this is solved, but I will wait a little while to make sure.

Persistent docker performance issues
Limited all of my containers' RAM, and my RAM usually hovers around 12%, with docker at 20%ish. The issue persists. chris-unraid-diagnostics-20221116-0901.zip

Persistent docker performance issues
My docker containers often say "unavailable" to check for updates, and when forcing an update, there is one. NZBGet and MusicBrainzPicard get stuck in loops and won't stop and sometimes won't start. They always exit with a 137 code, as do some other containers. NZBGet used to run just fine, I'm not sure what changed that is causing this problem. chris-unraid-diagnostics-20221114-1556.zip

Out of memory errors detected
I was having some docker issues, but after deleting my docker.img and reinstalling several containers, things seem to be normal again. But I still get this warning in the fix common problems plugin. chris-unraid-diagnostics-20221103-1459.zip

Docker containers keep exiting with 137 and don't run reliably
nzbget is giving me a lot of trouble. it randomly works when i continually try resetting, etc, but it constantly hangs as soon as i start it. this is true of many docker containers. sometimes if i let it sit a while, i get a bunch of error messages about hanging downloads. i've never had this issue before so i have no idea what is causing it. i briefly used sabnzbd but it performed very poorly. chris-unraid-diagnostics-20221031-0919.zip

Sudden performance issues
I'm not sure what you mean by this. Top? I just tried restarting a docker container, nzbget, and I received another execution server error. The container only stopped. I had to manually start it again.

Sudden performance issues
Thanks for your response. I used the Fix Common Problems plugin, cleared all the errors/ warnings, rebooted, and things seem to be much better. I think a beta docker container (ErsatzTV), and too many download streams, were bugging things out. chris-unraid-diagnostics-20221024-1313.zip

Sudden performance issues
I'm still in my 30 day trial and after some learning, things have mostly been better. I started having some performance issues, mostly related to Docker the past few days. I started getting execution errors when restarting/ stopping/ starting containers, but the operations are usually successful. Then I started seeing "not available" in the update section for most containers that I stopped/ started. After stopping/ starting Docker and forcing updates, "not available" seems to go away. Memory usage has been a bit high, and tweaking some container settings helped, but I'm still getting execution errors all the time. And I know this isn't Plex support, but my db keeps needing to be optimized. It's on the cache and optimization is always fast, but it shouldn't need to be optimized so often. My appdata share is on prefer cache, as is my system share. I plan on upgrading my RAM, too, just because I have the space for it and memory is cheap. Any ideas what's going on? I'm probably doing something weird, since I'm an unRAID noob. chris-unraid-diagnostics-20221023-2005.zip

Unraid keeps making shares and messing up my config
i've definitely been having permissions issues. i've been starting/ restarting my containers trying to figure this out, and i've had to sudo chown a few folders to allow things to work. it's still making the shared downloads folder and i'm not sure why, but sonarr is now able to import things.
