Intel 15th Gen 'Arrow Lake' Thoughts?
@Maximo101 F.Y.I. - I broke down today and did the update to 7.1.4, and when it booted up, everything was still there. No problems with my NIC driver.

Intel 15th Gen 'Arrow Lake' Thoughts?
@Maximo101 I remember reading that issue with upgrading somewhere, Totally stoped me from upgrading to 7.1.4 from my 7.1.3. I started to do it, (REALLY OCD, and seeing that, 'Update Available', messes with me!). and then was like OH NO it is up and running leave it alone. I have way too much to still do, fixing issues left from the crash with the old MD and CPU. And for some reason, I have no clue, about 1/3 of my music is gone. Folders just no longer there on the drives, and I have everything set to put anything removed into a Trash folder with Auto Clean turned off, none of the missing folders are there! (Maybe my server just has a thing against the 80's, since it was a lot of that and my older country music) But I am loving the new Speed, Handbrake whips through files now, something that would have taken 1 hr to do now completes in a few mins.

ASUS Prime Z890M Plus Wifi - Problems with Sensors and BIOS Options
Hey Thanks, I responded on that other post actually, but then found out, I had the wrong driver! My MSI board has the R1826, not the R1825... I have no clue why your driver files worked but they did... Have a bit of tweeking to do, but system is running great!

ASUS Prime Z890M Plus Wifi - Problems with Sensors and BIOS Options
Hey there, Upgrade went great, had a bit of a problem with the NIC, and installing the wrong driver now that I look at things. All in all, it was easy and fast, didn't lose anything. But you asked about C-states, I cant see any of it right now. re-reading your post, you mentioned nct6775, which when my system is booting up, I see an error message saying that cant load nct6775 because it does not exist. But when I originally built system and what i replaced was an ASUS board, so that chip might have been there. I was thinking of trying a fresh install on a new USB thumb drive, configure all the hardware and then move over all the stuff from my old drive and see if that would work. I guess I could just go through the Drive and clean up all the extra stuff that isn't needed. Really wish i could see fans running as I am getting temp on drives, and all of them are running hot.. and I can't tell if fans are running as they sit below the HD rack, Crappy designed case. Need to look for a better one, besides i am to the max with that case, no more available HD slots. Let me know if you get the C-states thing figured out.

Files become randomly "missing" To Arrs/Plex - even though they exist on disk (multiple re-scans causes them to show back up)
Did my install, now i need a new case, there just isn't enough room in this one. With the case around the i/O ports on the back, that unit is too big for my water cooler to fit. I only had one issue and was sure what it was, I tried installing the R1825 Driver from the apps just before shutting down and changing, that booted up, but couldn't access network. I grabbed Maximo101's driver files he uploaded here, deleted the one's from the apps and it all worked perfect. Just don't forget to update BIOs to latest version!! Everything was there, didn't have to reload any containers or software.

Intel 15th Gen 'Arrow Lake' Thoughts?
Thank you @Maximo101, I just installed my MSi Pro Z890-P Wifi with Ultra 7 265K, I tried just installing this with the app before switching out the motherboard.. That didn't work, system would boot, but no network. I came back to my laptop with boot USB, I removed the driver r8125 that was there and installed your files. Restarted system and it was a thing of beauty, up and running connecting remotely. If you had not posted these file I would have been fighting for hours, So thank you...

Files become randomly "missing" To Arrs/Plex - even though they exist on disk (multiple re-scans causes them to show back up)
Hello Sfef, Yes I purchased an MSI Pro Z890-P Wifi board with Core Ultra 7 265K processor, Just received it 15 min ago, so will be installing in a bit. Let me say that the files or movies not being there, until i saw this post, I kinda thought it was my mind going. Like oh i must have put that on system and then not had plex scan for it... Or thinking that maybe i didn't have that show on the system, even though i know it was a fav movies and there is no way it wouldn't have been in my collection. Now the big one happened a week or so ago, (it is tornado and storm season here in north Texas) we had a power outage and when system came back up, Plex, Radarr, and Sonarr had all lost their connections to media. (I know I need a UPS backup, but mine died and haven't gotten a new one). This is the first time that everything lost connection, so figuring there must be some kind of un diagnose memory error with the system, being so old and slow I figure just upgrade it. On Plex, it is so easy, but they sent out email to everyone with a Free account telling them that If they wanted to stream remotely, the would have to purchase an account. (which scared my family that is connected, thinking now they had to purchase an account). I purchased an account right after i started using it to support the developers, but this just seemed like a greed thing. How long is it going to be before they make me have paid accounts for all the systems I have attached to my main server?? So I would like to find an easy alternative to have in the background just in case. Well I have talked to a few ppl about this upgrade, hopefully I have it all figured out and it goes smoothly, Don't really want to have to install my whole Docker system again. Keep your fingers crossed for me.

Files become randomly "missing" To Arrs/Plex - even though they exist on disk (multiple re-scans causes them to show back up)
Hello, I thought I had a system at 7drives + 1 Parity and 104Tb, oh I have some catching up to do!! Nice though, I am just about to do an upgrade with the Intel Core Ultra 7 265K and MSI PRO Z890-P Wifi MB, I know it is overkill but the Ultra 7 265K was on sale as well as the motherboard making it a better buy than going with something older, so why go with 2 yrs old tech when I can get the latest.. I have been having this issue and others with my 13yr old system, so seemed like time for an upgrade. I am wondering about the overheating issues others have talked about, I know that when my CPU temp gets up there, dockers just start stopping on the system. I will say that years ago, before Unraid, and all the "ARR" programs, I just was ripping my huge DVD collection. I found Plex and put it on my system to connect media library to my TV, a few months in, I woke up to find my Movie drive completely empty, no files what so ever. This was at a time when I didn't have access to internet where I lived, so computer wasn't connected, and the only media software on there was Plex. I got rid of it for years after that, I have since gone back to it, it's way too easy to connect to remotely and I travel quite a bit. But before i let loose with my whole media library I did a test run with Minimal access. (I also went back because I had a lifetime subscription) I have thought of looking into other options, but the remote connecting, is just too easy. All the other options require way too much, and I would have to go setup my parents, and my sisters, where as with Plex I just sent them a link in email and they were up and running in no time. I do still have problems with things not showing up in library, but i think that is just due to the OLD system I have, i7 3rd or 4th Gen.

ASUS Prime Z890M Plus Wifi - Problems with Sensors and BIOS Options
Hello, Did you get these issues fixed? I am getting a MSI PRO Z890-P WIFI with Intel Core Ultra 7 265K, Foolishly I didn't do any research its compatibility with Unraid, as had not planned on getting this unit. I have a i7-4790K system right now, which just isn't handling the software well. I was going to get the 14th Gen i7, but found that the 15 Gens were on sale right now, I ended up actually saving like 200.00 USD by getting this and not the the 14th Gen. On the MB, from the research I have done, it is very close to your MB, the one I have actually is the same as the ASUS Pro Z890-P Wifi, Except mine has the 5Gbs NIC. That is actually why I didn't go with the ASUS.... (To be honest, ASUS is my Normal go to for MB, all my other systems have them). I have seen from anther post that I have to put the RealTek 8125 into the Plugins folder on my Flashdrive, are there any other things that have to go in there? What other BIOS setting need to be changed? Was this a new build, or did you already have a running Unraid system and this was an upgrade? Any help you can give will be greatly appreciated, Since this is an upgrade, I am really worried about something killing my media.... Thank you for your time, KNE
