I plan to get this network card with 2 10gbe ports https://www.misco.co.uk/product/Networking/Network-Adapters/StarTech-com/StarTech-com-2-Port-10Gbps-PCIe-Network-Adapter-Ca?prodid=8223728
I would like to connect it to this switch that I have https://www.scan.co.uk/products/5-port-tp-link-tl-sx105-10g-multi-gigabit-desktop-switch-5x-100-1g-25g-5g-10g-fanless-plug-and-play?_gl=1*lhgmxd*_ga*MTc2MTM3MTM5OC4xNzA1ODk5NDc3*_ga_8GFH5M08Q5*MTcwODYwNDI0OC41Ny4xLjE3MDg2MDQ2MzQuNjAuMC4w
I would like to be able to run two lanes of 10gbe between the server and the switch to provide more bandwidth to the computers connected to the switch? Also one last bit to add, I have two 1gbe ports on my motherboard built in, would it be possible to use those as fail safes and the twin 10gbes as separate lanes to increase bandwidth
