[Support] Djoss - HandBrake
Newbie ... so will probably be something I have or haven't done Handbrake for nvidia docker install falls over with docker: Error response from daemon: unknown or invalid runtime name: nvidia. HA! you say that'll be no driver but I patched in the package before installing the docker (ich777) *** Sorted that I missed the reboot and after installation. Now I get a report that I'm good and the libraries are installed plus the quadro card is detected *** I don't want to CPU recode on the fly to stream as I'm using an I5 on the NAS mobo and have a P4000 Quadro card to allow the GPU to either manage this or most likely recode what I have . *** OK Now got the docker up and running and can pull up the handbrake web page *** *** Picked a file on the NAS to recode and watched the CPU ramp up to virtually 100% activity, clearly then not using the GPU to recode. I'm OK with short bursts of high activity but these are around 10 mins for a short 30 minute TV serial episode and I don't feel happy letting this loose on transcoding a 2 hr film?? *** What blindingly obvious thing am I missing here? It might be the file types (primarily MKV's) but handbrake on my laptop seems quite happy using the cuda cores with handbrake Any good ideas? or am I stuck sucking the files in and out to do this to reduce the possibility of frying my CPU.

[SUPPORT] FLATNOTES
Nice and simple web based app for making and saving notes. The front end is very clean and nicely minimal. As is each note is a stand alone object, so I have one note for a specific area of a topic that I'm researching. It would be helpful to be able to cross reference from one to another note. I could just use the inert link and add the file location (ip/note/notename), just looking for or wondering if there's a more elegant way to do it and avoid typos.

Dynamix - V6 Plugins
New to unraid but have a basic configured box now. Sensor to show me temps would be very handy, I know they are there on the .. don't laugh B75 chipset board .. .as I saw them when playing with OMV pre the decision to go with unraid. On install the plugin gives me ##'s which I think means I need a config file "sensors.conf" and put it into "/boot/config" ?? ? Does this file exist post install or do I need to write it If not whats the format for it? I'm assuming on the lines of ############################################## chip "coretemp-*" label temp1 "CPU Chip Temperature" label temp2 "CPU Core 1 Temperature" label temp3 "CPU Core 2 Temperature ############################################## And so on for the sensors required for display. Thanks for any thoughts/guidance on this

How much RAM do you have installed in your unRAID server?
On my tiny barely branded chinese mobo with 16gb non EEC RAM as the unraid instance is for convenience rather than data security.
