System Crashing When Installing Docker Container "bbergle-jellyfin" Unraid 7.2.4
To preface, I was trying to figure out why my system kept crashing when I was starting the array, the issue has been solved here: https://forums.unraid.net/topic/198699-array-stuck-mounting-cache-724/#comment-1622395 But now, all of a sudden I was unable to start the array (because docker auto started) yet again. It starts when I disable docker, so I thought my docker img file was corrupt. I have re-created it and installed gluetun container just fine. But when I re-install the aforementioned container, the server just crashes during the install portion. I have attached my diagnostics (syslog enabled) TIA lancenas-diagnostics-20260519-1501.zip

I have removed the samsung drive from the cache pool and will try with the T-FORCE NVMe as the only device in the cache pool

I am not sure how to proceed if even the syslog isn't showing what's wrong with the system...

Array stuck mounting cache - 7.2.4
I fear it may be the Samsung NVMe I have in the cache but am not sure. Smaller directories copy fine but when I try to copy everything in, unraid crashes. Syslog turned on and diagnostics attached. lancenas-diagnostics-20260512-0206.zip

Array stuck mounting cache - 7.2.4
I waited a bit and was able to run the command. It's now formatted and when I try to copy the backup into the new /mnt/cache, unraid just restarts. I've attached a new diagnosticslancenas-diagnostics-20260512-0021.zip

Data has been successfully backed up to another drive. Is the format process just a simple stopping the array and pressing format on the GUI and then copying the /mnt/cache backup?

Array stuck mounting cache - 7.2.4
How do I backup a pool? My plan (if it was only one NVME) was to clone it to my PC and then then restore it onto the reformatted drive. Here's what I get after running the commands: I can't access the server anymore

Array stuck mounting cache - 7.2.4
It does mount as read only

Array stuck mounting cache - 7.2.4
My unraid system crashed one day and I've been trying to figure out why I cannot start the array anymore without restart. It appears that the server crashes once the 2 NVME ZFS cache pool is mounted. My issue seems to be similar to this one but I cannot confirm. I also am not sure how to back up my 2 cache disks and restore it as it is a zfs pool. Thanks in advance! lancenas-diagnostics-20260510-0007.zip

Route Containers Through WireGuard using ProtonVPN
I followed the video created by @SpaceInvaderOne and tried to apply it using my protonVPN wireguard config. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=yBF9c0u2wCE The tunnel appears to send and receive data, but when I have FireFox pointed to the wg0 tunnel, the webui doesn't open and I see this in the logs: xsettingsd: Loaded 5 settings from /config/.xsettingsd _XSERVTransmkdir: ERROR: euid != 0,directory /tmp/.X11-unix will not be created. xsettingsd: Unable to open connection to X serverAre ProtonVPN wireguard configs not compatible with Unraid? The config file works when I use it with my glinet router. redactedUSWA245-US-WA-245.conf

Very slow transfer speeds from Unraid SMB to Windows PC and Vice Versa
Any idea how I can troubleshoot what is causing it? I am able to download (according to speedtest) from client PC at 1GB and the same with my unraid server

Thank you again for the detailed guidance. I've done everything up to the userscripts you created as I need to read up more about when they should be run (cron) and the pros and cons of them. My docker was already using the xfs img and macvlan enabled. To add, every test I have been running has been over LAN. The equals sign just indicates that my access points, host windows pc and unraid are all connected to 2.5G unmanaged switches. The access points are all Wifi 6 asus routers that have been flashed with OpenWRT Your assumption here I asume wifi > openwrt > unmanned swtich > unraid. How I have it: ISP Modem > unmanned switch - > openwrt/unraid/hostpc (all on same level) Also, the port that all the switches/devices are connected to on my ISP modem is 10G: Just ran another test and seems like nothing has changed:

I am still sort of new to docker so that bridging is enabled because all my docker containers not part of the *arr network are on there, is there a different recommended way to set it up? And for the bonding, I can disable it. I don't think I am using it for anything. Also, how do I disable bond0/bonding? My network diagram: ISP Router (Technicolor NH20T) -> 2.5G unmanaged switch -> Unraid = 3 Open WRT Dumb Access Points running in wired backhaul. I don't see the need to have one of the access points run in router mode for me as the ISP router already has 10G ports. And as for the docker images, I have tried moving files over with docker disabled and got the same results.

First of all, thank you for the in depth instructions. Unfortunately, I tried all the steps except Jumbo frames as I think some devices don't support it and nothing has changed:

Very slow transfer speeds from Unraid SMB to Windows PC and Vice Versa
Oh, I guess I am reading the wrong thing. Doesn't the spec sheet for the mobo say Intel 2.5? And yes i know it will be 1G between my PC and Unraid because of the PC only having gigabit ethernet. But my router and all the switches in the house are 2.5G

Problem I am unsure as to why the data transfer speeds are very slow. I know I can't expect 2.5G speeds as my Windows LAN is only 1G, but I expect it to be a bit faster than 15-20 MB/s. I have tested it with a fresh file added to the cache and it is still showing very slow speeds. Any other information I need to include?
