SliMat's post in Unable to access Docker Web UI's was marked as the answerUpdate - my "downloads" folder is on the cache disk and them moves to array, so I am running MOVER now and its clearing some space 🤞

SliMat's post in Unable to access private shares was marked as the answerOK, I am not sure whether this was the cure, but as nobody was able to offer any advice, I updated the O/S to the latest stable version as I was 1 version behind and it seems to be OK again for the moment... so, fingers crossed it was some corruption on the restored O/S.

SliMat's post in Dead USB Key - how to restore to new key was marked as the answerOK, a quick update... I downloaded the last Flash backup from UnRAID Connect (10th Jan), used the install tool to restore this to the original USB key and its all back up and running again.
Obviously I am mindful that the USB key failed once, so will monitor things and see how it goes... BUT this highlights the importance of a recent flash backup if you want a chance of a quick fix when things go wrong

SliMat's post in Power Failure - UnRAID wont start [SOLVED] was marked as the answerOK - user error... sorry for wasting peoples time... I had connected the LAN cable to the wrong physical port on the server as I have multiple network cards
But still - this may prompt people to check twice

SliMat's post in Plex Migration was marked as the answerThanks @JonathanM @kizer @jmztaylor
Strangely, as far as I understand, I have added the new docker and pointed it to the same set of folders on my media store. So temporarily I have both servers live.
Unexpectedly last night I went to watch a series using the new server and it seems to have adopted the series viewing history from the old server - I dont know whether this is expected, but certainly I wasnt expecting this. I havent deleted the old Plex VM (yet), so dont know whether this history is now attached to the new server and will disappear when the old server is deleted - but it does look promising as on the new server we watched an episode of a series and on the new server it shows as played, but on the old server it shows as unwatched... so it looks as though both servers have their own viewing history - but somehow the new server adopted the history from the old server!
So, for me (hopefully) this problem is solved - even though I am not sure why/how.
However if this works for me then it may help someone in future trying to create a new server
Thanks all.

SliMat's post in Docker Critical Utilization Error was marked as the answerThanks @itimpi & @trurl
I edited the resilio-sync docker so it cleared the log file... now I know where the issue is, I will post in the relevant support forum to try and find out why this docker is filling up docker.img with log files. The conainter is now back to 5Mb, until Resilio Sync fills it up again 🙂 At least I have some time to sort it out now 👍
EDIT - I logged into the Resilio-Sync GUI and found "debug logging" is enabled by default... so have unchecked this and hopefully thats an end to this issue 🙂

SliMat's post in How to re-use unused cache disk was marked as the answerQuick Update - during the reboot process I thought I'd play with the newly free'd up cache disk - so I re-assigned it as a cache disk then un-assigned it (again) and now it appears as assignable in the array 🙂
So... I'll keep checking for pointers on security practices. I currently have 6.8.3 installed as I was trying to use the SAS Spindown plugin which didnt work on my machine with 6.8.3... so I am going to upgrade to 6.9.2 now and play with "My Servers" too.
