Sorry, missed your first reply due to an old forum bug, filesystem is crashing immediately after mounting, there are some recovery options here that you can try.

That is usually a power/connection problem, replace cables on that disk.

Best bet is to backup and reformat the pool, you can also try btrfs fsck, but only after everything is backed up.
  4. JorgeB's post in (SOLVED) Share no longer showing in Windows, but still accessible from webUI and Plex webUI. was marked as the answer
SMB is case insensitive, you need to delete "shows" from disk2.

  6. JorgeB's post in Parity Swap Procedure Failed? was marked as the answer
Dec 21 17:59:39 UNAS emhttpd: copy: disk3 to disk0 completed Parity copy completed successfully, and after that's done you can only click on start array to begin the rebuild or it will reset the procedure, did you do anything else?
  7. JorgeB's post in Drive suddenly disabled. Logs show IO errors. Unsure what to do next was marked as the answer
Assuming the emulated disk is mounting you can rebuild on top, recommend replacing cables first to rule that out before rebuilding.

  8. JorgeB's post in HDD's visible by BIOS but not Unraid was marked as the answer
Yes, as long as you connect the to a non RAID controller.
  9. JorgeB's post in Install unraid with CSM disabled was marked as the answer
Unraid can boot using UEFI, just enable that in the USB tool or rename EFI- to EFI in the flash drive if already created without UEFI support.
  10. JorgeB's post in Changing data disk to parity was marked as the answer
You can use Unbalance, but first you can explore the disk to see if there's tactfully any data there.

Tools -> New config then re-assign the disk as parity and start the array to begin a parity sync, the data on the remaining data disk won't be touched.

Yep, any changes or reboot/restart the array during the procedure and you'll need to start over from the beginning, after the copy is done the only button you can press is to start the rebuild.
  12. JorgeB's post in Disk added to cache pool, but still remain unformated. was marked as the answer
That's expected, it can only use 1TB from the larger disk since raid0 requires 2 devices minimum, if you want to use the full capacity you need to use single profile, all that it's in the link above.
  13. JorgeB's post in Solved: How do I replace 2 failed parity drives? was marked as the answer
You just need to assign them and start the array to begin the parity sync.
  14. JorgeB's post in Screwed up with MTU was marked as the answer
Edit network.cfg on flash/config or just delete/rename it and a new one will be created.
