    Formatted with type 2 protection
You need to remove this from the disks, more info below.

    Sep 13 15:24:39 Proliant-2 kernel: be2net 0000:0d:00.0 eth4: Link is Down Sep 13 15:24:39 Proliant-2 kernel: be2net 0000:0d:00.1 eth5: Link is Up
Log does show link up on one of the ports, note that you should set it as eth0 (Settings -> Network Settings -> Interface Rules then reboot) if you want to use that NIC as the main one to manage Unraid.
  3. JorgeB's post in Unmountable: Invalid Pool Config after upgrade to 6.10.3 was marked as the answer
    Strange error, please try this:

Unassign all cache devices, start array to make Unraid "forget" current cache config, stop array, reassign all cache devices (there can't be an "All existing data on this device will be OVERWRITTEN when array is Started" warning for any cache device), start array, post new diags if it still doesn't mount.

  4. JorgeB's post in HELP - Unraid disables NIC during boot was marked as the answer
Still nothing, and the other Intel NIC is now also missing, upgrade to v6.10.3 since there were changes to the NIC rules script and post new diags, might also be a good idea to delete/rename network.cfg to use the default LAN settings.
  5. JorgeB's post in Cannot create an cache drive pool after server getting shutdown and rebooted. was marked as the answer
Sep 9 15:01:30 Tower emhttpd: /mnt/cache ERROR: cannot scan /dev/sdf1: Input/output error This is the problem, sdf is parity and because you have an odd number of btrfs arrays devices makes it look like parity has an invalid btrfs filesystem and causes issues during btrfs device scan, it's a known issue but there's no fix for now, workaround is to use xfs only for the array, use btrfs encrypted, or have an even number of btrfs array devices, this last option usually works but not always.
  6. JorgeB's post in Unraid 6.9.2 Drives becoming disabled after installation of new SAS Card was marked as the answer
Check/replace cables on disk7, both power and SATA to see if those ATA errors go away, disk looks OK.
  7. JorgeB's post in Cache pool ssd marked as wrong after bios update was marked as the answer
Unassign both pool devices, start array, stop array, reassign both pool devices, start array, that should do it.
  8. JorgeB's post in Errors after an unclean shutdown was marked as the answer
Docker image is corrupt, delete and recreate.
  9. JorgeB's post in Cache drive unmountable after sata power cable swap. was marked as the answer
If Docker/VM services are using the cache pool disable them, unassign all cache devices, start array to make Unraid "forget" current cache config, stop array, reassign all cache devices (there can't be an "All existing data on this device will be OVERWRITTEN when array is Started" warning for any cache device), re-enable Docker/VMs if needed, start array.
  10. JorgeB's post in is my cache pool working? was marked as the answer
Currently only the WD SSD is in the pool, stop the array, unassign the Samsung NVMe, start array, stop array, re-assign the Samsung NVMe, start array and that should fix it, in doubt post new diags.
  11. JorgeB's post in [SOLVED] Random Freezes... but was able to Get Diagnostics This Time was marked as the answer
BTRFS error (device nvme0n1p1): block=2530556395520 write time tree block corruption detected This is usually a sign of bad RAM, there was also some data corruption found before, so start by running memtest.
  12. JorgeB's post in Parity shows errors even after ruining parity check was marked as the answer
I believe stopping and re-starting the array will clear that, if not reboot, note that those are disk errors, not sync errors, that's why they remain, if you want us to take a look at why caused them post the diagnostics before rebooting.
  13. JorgeB's post in Pool shows down but Docker and VM's are up...but say Pool needs to be started was marked as the answer
Was this with Firefox? If yes it's a known issue, try a different browser.

    Aug 26 12:18:49 BlackIce kernel: macvlan_broadcast+0x10e/0x13c [macvlan] Aug 26 12:18:49 BlackIce kernel: macvlan_process_broadcast+0xf8/0x143 [macvlan]
Macvlan call traces are usually the result of having dockers with a custom IP address and will end up crashing the server, upgrading to v6.10 and switching to ipvlan should fix it (Settings -> Docker Settings -> Docker custom network type -> ipvlan (advanced view must be enabled, top right)).

Blacklist the GPU driver from loading to see if it makes a difference, you can find the instructions for example here.
  17. JorgeB's post in Disk crash and then "Unmountable: Wrong or no file system" was marked as the answer
Run it again without -n or nothing will be done, if it asks for it use -L.
  18. JorgeB's post in [SOLVED] Slow Parity Check was marked as the answer
At what position is the check? Disk 4 is showing one or more slow zones in the beginning.
  19. JorgeB's post in Disk 2 in error state was marked as the answer
In the syslog it's log as the disk problem, but since the SMART test passed you can rebuild on top, make sure the emulated disk is still mounting before doing it, also a good idea to swap/replace cables before to rule them out if it happens again to the same disk.

There are also what look like connection issues with both cache devices, though strange that it's with both, unless they share a power splitter or something.

  22. JorgeB's post in remove historical device? was marked as the answer
Yes, and that's from the UD plugin, not Unraid.
  23. JorgeB's post in Disks Unmountable After "New Config" and drivers switched from SAS to SATA was marked as the answer
Some strange crashing going on that might be affecting that, please reboot it the disks still don't mount post new diags.

Flash drive problems, you can try backup and reformatting it, also make sure it's using a USB 2.0 port, if issues continue replace it.
  25. JorgeB's post in [Solved] Log filling up rapidly when VM is turned on was marked as the answer
Try updating to v6.11.0-rc4, if that doesn't help and IIRC a user with a similar error KVM error fixed it by creating as new identical VM, i.e., it was something in that specif VM.
