  1. @dfjarmin and anyone who could help. I was over in my brothers house updating his Unraid from 5 to 6b12 and moving some of his plugins to docker replacements. When I added the dfjarmin Logitech Media Server Docker with the following mapping it would not work after starting and I received the same log errors as reported by a kamhighway earlier in this thread: Mapping used: (my brother has no cache drive yet) /config --> /mnt/disk1/Docker/AppData/LMS The container starts and runs but the WebUI is unreachable as is the Media Server, log is as reported prev: I then change the mapping back to default (/mnt/user/appdata/LogitechMediaServer) as per the following post in this thread and it worked perfectly. Why does it matter where the /config folder is mapped to? Why cant I map it to /mnt/disk1/Docker/AppData/"APPNAME" like ALL of the other dockers I installed for him? It makes no sense to me, any ideas? Thanks to all, The Capt. Edited 11/12/14. Typo in Mapped dir.
  2. Any chance of adding an option like EDGE=1 for HTPC manager? So that it git pulls the install rather than installing using wget -P /tmp/ https://github.com/styxit/HTPC-Manager/archive/0.11.0.tar.gz Similar option is available in other plugins such as CaouchPotao and SickRage as examples and it would reduce the need to update HTPC everytime it is restarted. Thanks for your work!! The Capt.
  3. I found this thread because I was trying to add icons for your DDClient docker, but could not make them appear even with uploading them to imgur on B12. Here they are if you want to add em: Icon: http://i.imgur.com/udDgFJQ.png Banner: http://i.imgur.com/201b2sc.png Used the logo from whatsmyip.org which is provided on the site as an SVG file for gerneral use. Hope people think it's OK The Capt.
  4. That Docker uses the version in the Ubuntu repo which is currently 1.3.6. I see there is a ppa for Deluge I will look into adding that with EDGE. Thank you. Incase it makes life easier: https://launchpad.net/~deluge-team/+archive/ubuntu/ppa Thanks again
  5. Needo, Thank you very much for your work and I realise you are busy but; Any chance of updating Deluge to v. 1.3.7? Whenever you would be able to! Thanks, The Capt.
  6. Hi all! I would love to make a further request for a Logitech Media Server Docker!! There is a plugin here : http://lime-technology.com/forum/index.php?topic=18310.0 but development has stopped recently due to real world interference (moving life to the USA) to the great Overbyrn. Logitech Media Server currently tops the vote in "Docker Request Voting" thread http://lime-technology.com/forum/index.php?topic=34549.0 Would the following be a decent starting point for a Logitech Media Server Docker? https://github.com/jinglemansweep/docker-logitechmediaserver I know best practice says that dockers should be based on "phusion/baseimage:0.9.11" so changes would be needed but it would be brilliant to see it done!! Thanks so much to anyone who is interested in doing this and apologies for not currently having the skills to do this myself. regard, The Capt
  7. Care to post an xml for your rutorrent set up for use with gfjardim's amazing docker control plugin? I would greatly appreciate that. Also: any chance of a logitech media server (squeezebox) docker container by anyone? Regards, The.Capt
  8. I would also love that!! For it to be universally useful a flexget container would also need created. I have used rTorrent for as long as I can remember and rutorrent for a 3+f years and TBH i find deluge better now. I got fed up with how stagnant rTorrent is e.g webseeds are available in every client but has an open feature request for 8+ years in rT Sorry for delay in response to this: IMHO flexget is not absolutely needed with the very effective RSS plugin available with ruTorrent: https://code.google.com/p/rutorrent/wiki/PluginRSS I used it successfully for a long time before moving to unraid. Does deluge/flexget have web-ui configurable RSS feeds? P.S: Love the flexibity likely with Docker! P.P.S: Could I also request a Logitech Media Server (Squeezebox Server) Docker Container? Thanks, The Capt.
  9. Is it safe to assume that powerdown -r is the safest way to reboot? Thanks for your work BTW!!
  10. Use 'shutdown -r now' to reboot the server. Powerdown will shutdown the server. Shutdown runs the same script as powerdown but does not turn off the server. I have powerdown_1.05 installed via the powerdown.plg from thread in "User Customisations" forum. Prior to reading this thread I have issued powerdown -r through putty and my server DID restart as expected. I know powerdown -r was always an option in the past. Seems to still work for me.
  11. Would i get any benefit from any of the uRAID "Boot Codes"? http://lime-technology.com/wiki/index.php/Boot_Codes Or is that overkill? The. Capt
  12. See attached, results of SMART test on all 3 drives. Thanks for help! The Capt. SMART_results.txt
  13. My full syslog from boot: http://pastebin.com/Nmbz1Ybi Still some potiential ata1 and ata2 errors at the bottom; Is this anything to be worried about?! Thanks again for any help! Regard, The Capt.
  14. My MB Bios is up to date, and I have no PCI/PCIe SATA cards, the drives are connected directly to the MB. I am out of the house at the moment, but I will post a full syslog laster to see if that gives any indications. P.S. All 3 drives pass SMART test. Regards, The Capt.
  15. I have searched the forums and not seen these specific errors: I have been seeing these errors in my syslog recently. I have new SATA cables on order (wanted to get locking cables anyway), but I am worried incase it is an indication of a HDD problem: Aug 17 18:05:31 Tower emhttp_event: svcs_restarted Aug 17 18:07:13 Tower kernel: ata1.00: exception Emask 0x0 SAct 0x0 SErr 0x0 action 0x6 frozen Aug 17 18:07:13 Tower kernel: ata1.00: failed command: WRITE DMA Aug 17 18:07:13 Tower kernel: ata1.00: cmd ca/00:08:c0:00:00/00:00:00:00:00/e0 tag 0 dma 4096 out Aug 17 18:07:13 Tower kernel: res 40/00:00:01:4f:c2/00:00:00:00:00/00 Emask 0x4 (timeout) Aug 17 18:07:13 Tower kernel: ata1.00: status: { DRDY } Aug 17 18:07:13 Tower kernel: ata1: hard resetting link Aug 17 18:07:13 Tower kernel: ata1: nv: skipping hardreset on occupied port Aug 17 18:07:13 Tower kernel: ata2.00: exception Emask 0x0 SAct 0x0 SErr 0x0 action 0x6 frozen Aug 17 18:07:13 Tower kernel: ata2.00: failed command: WRITE DMA Aug 17 18:07:13 Tower kernel: ata2.00: cmd ca/00:08:c0:00:00/00:00:00:00:00/e0 tag 0 dma 4096 out Aug 17 18:07:13 Tower kernel: res 40/00:00:01:4f:c2/00:00:00:00:00/00 Emask 0x4 (timeout) Aug 17 18:07:13 Tower kernel: ata2.00: status: { DRDY } Aug 17 18:07:13 Tower kernel: ata2: hard resetting link Aug 17 18:07:13 Tower kernel: ata2: nv: skipping hardreset on occupied port Aug 17 18:07:13 Tower kernel: ata2: SATA link up 3.0 Gbps (SStatus 123 SControl 300) Aug 17 18:07:13 Tower kernel: ata1: SATA link up 3.0 Gbps (SStatus 123 SControl 300) Aug 17 18:07:14 Tower kernel: ata2.00: n_sectors mismatch 5860533168 != 1 Aug 17 18:07:14 Tower kernel: ata2.00: old n_sectors matches native, probably late HPA lock, will try to unlock HPA Aug 17 18:07:14 Tower kernel: ata2.00: revalidation failed (errno=-5) Aug 17 18:07:18 Tower kernel: ata2: hard resetting link Aug 17 18:07:18 Tower kernel: ata2: nv: skipping hardreset on occupied port Aug 17 18:07:19 Tower kernel: ata1.00: configured for UDMA/133 Aug 17 18:07:19 Tower kernel: ata1: EH complete Aug 17 18:07:19 Tower kernel: ata2: SATA link up 3.0 Gbps (SStatus 123 SControl 300) Aug 17 18:07:19 Tower kernel: ata2.00: failed to IDENTIFY (INIT_DEV_PARAMS failed, err_mask=0x80) Aug 17 18:07:19 Tower kernel: ata2.00: revalidation failed (errno=-5) Aug 17 18:07:19 Tower kernel: ata2: limiting SATA link speed to 1.5 Gbps Aug 17 18:07:24 Tower kernel: ata2: hard resetting link Aug 17 18:07:24 Tower kernel: ata2: nv: skipping hardreset on occupied port Aug 17 18:07:24 Tower kernel: ata2: SATA link up 3.0 Gbps (SStatus 123 SControl 300) Aug 17 18:07:25 Tower kernel: ata2.00: configured for UDMA/133 Aug 17 18:07:25 Tower kernel: ata2: EH complete Any info would be greatly appreciated!! 16. Thank you kindly!! Is there any worthwhile info likely to be gained from the module? Fan Speeds etc.? Thanks again!
  17. Firstly: I am new to unRAID but I have thoroughly googled this issue prior to posting: I am in the process of building an unRAID box from an unused PC and I am trying to get everything set up, one thing I was interested in was temperature readings of my internal components to see if extra cooling would be needed: the output of "sensors" is below: root@Tower:~# sensors k8temp-pci-00c3 Adapter: PCI adapter Core0 Temp: +22.0 C Core1 Temp: +20.0 C This info seemed sparse (no HDD temps) so I investigated further with "sensors-detect": root@Tower:~# sensors-detect # sensors-detect revision 6085 (2012-10-30 18:18:45 +0100) # System: FUJITSU SIEMENS ESPRIMO E # Board: FUJITSU SIEMENS D2464-A1 This program will help you determine which kernel modules you need to load to use lm_sensors most effectively. It is generally safe and recommended to accept the default answers to all questions, unless you know what you're doing. Some south bridges, CPUs or memory controllers contain embedded sensors. We first try to get the information from SMBIOS. If we don't find it there, we have to read from arbitrary I/O ports to probe for such interfaces. This is normally safe. (yes/NO): Lastly, we can probe the I2C/SMBus adapters for connected hardware monitoring devices. This is the most risky part, and while it works reasonably well on most systems, it has been reported to cause trouble on some systems. Do you want to probe the I2C/SMBus adapters now?
